We chose Hindusthan Cuisine as the caterers for the most important event of our lives, our daughter’s annaprashan. We wanted it to be a grand culinary affair and we were surprised beyond imagination at what they did! Hindustan Cuisine’s Rajdeep Da created a regal culinary offering for us! Their menu was one of a kind, their presentation was breathtakingly top notch and the taste… wow! Our guests said that they would remember the food for years to come, it was that top class! Honestly, they went over and beyond with their services for us and I am told this is how they usually do! I kept changing the menu so many times, they accomodated all of it. We were so thankful that they not only made our special day a lot more gastronomically happier, but they also gave us, our families and some guests our go-to caterers for any special event in our lives! Whenever I think of Hindusthan Cuisine, I go back to the super arrangements they made for my sister’s wedding ceremony in 2016. I can’t stop thinking about how amazing Rajdeep, Debjit, the staff, and the food was. And my guests can’t stop talking about it as well, even if the ceremony is well past 6 years now!! It was a hit!! I’m so thankful to the entire team!
Words fall short when it comes to mentioning the two pillars of Hindusthan Cuisine-Rajdeep and Debjit. Rajdeep is truly a kind, gentle, caring human, has superb people-skills and he can understand the client requirements well, commits stuff that are attainable and ensures that client is not only happy but is ecstactic .Thank you!
When it comes to Debjit, he is a thorough professional. I remember him having taken charge at the back-end and managed the food production amazingly well. Chef, par excellence, my regards and sincere thanks for managing the event so very well, and giving my guests a gastronomic delight!
The food was delicious to say the least, be it the starters or the main course. The staff was well groomed and trained, and my family which is full of foodies couldn’t help but praise them lavishly.
